‘The University Of Debrecen is a renownd university in Europe that offers students many opportunities to gain success within their chosen degree course. It is a very diverse and multicultural environment with many international students attending from various countries around the world. The university campus has many facilities including cafes, office, banks, pharmacy, bookshops and libraries. It also has many sports facilities such as gyms, tennis courts, 5 a side football pitch and even an athletics track. The university has some of the best medical facilities from modern laboratories to state of the art phantom heads for Dentistry practice.

The city of Debrecen is a very calm and tranquil city to live in. It has its own botanical gardens and boating lake near to the university.  It is both historical and modern city with many shopping malls where you can find internationally recognised stores such as Tesco, Spar, Aldi and M&S. It also has many fast food places and restaurants from Burger King, KFC, Subway and Mc Donald’s to Indian, Oriental and international restaurants. The local Hungarian people are very polite and approachable and who are always willing to help students wherever possible by making them feel welcome in the city.
